GET CREATIVE: PAPAYA + CARROT MUFFINS

THE MEAL

Raised Real’s Papaya + Carrot + Hemp Seeds + Lucuma Powder + Coconut Water.

THE HACK

Ingredients:

3 Papaya + Carrot Raised Real meals

2 bananas 

6 eggs

3/4 to 1 cup oats

 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare Raised Real frozen meal by steaming (boil in water, then reduce heat and let simmer covered for 5-6 minutes). Blend mixture. Let cool.
  3. Add other ingredients to the Raised Real puree in a mixing bowl and stir together well. Pour batter into muffin or donut trays.
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Pop out muffins and enjoy!

*These measurements make 24 mini muffins & 10 regular sized muffins.
