- 1 pear + ginger meal
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Add the pear + ginger meal, blueberries, cinnamon, maple syrup and vanilla to a medium saucepan, along with 2 tbsp water.
- Place the pan on the stove, and turn the stove on to medium heat.
- Cook until all the ingredients are heated through and roughly half of the liquid has evaporated. Enjoy!
